Capital’s MBA is a competitive program for highly competent working professionals. As such, the admission committee prefers that candidates have a minimum of three years of professional work experience, but work experience is not required for admission into the program. The work experience can be in any environment but should demonstrate managerial and professional capabilities. Teaching, health care, and military service can also be considered professional work experience. 

MBA candidates who have less than three years of work experience must be currently employed and have an undergraduate GPA of 3.2 or higher to be considered for admission into the program.

International students do not need to be employed while attending Capital as an MBA student.
